Consulting
Most of this starts as a photo job. Somebody books a day, it goes well, and then the actual problem turns up. They need this regularly, and nobody on the team has time to run it.
Content engagements
Several days inside a month, spent building your library instead of covering one event.
Photography first, then whatever else the library needs. Written copy so the assets are usable when they land, instead of sitting in a folder waiting for somebody to caption them.
And the part most people need: how to keep it going once I'm gone. What to capture and how often, how the library's organized, what gets published when, and how your team sustains it without me.
You end up with a library and a rhythm, not a folder.
Commercial strategy
Photography is my business. Alongside it I have built go-to-market functions. Market entry, standing up a first sales motion, pipeline where there wasn't any.
A quarter, usually. Long enough to build something that outlasts me, short enough to stay a project. It's the sales function itself, not marketing collateral.
What I've built
Not a menu. A sense of the range, so you can work out what you'd actually want.
-
Paid media
Google and Meta, run against return rather than impressions. Billboards too, where the market is physical and a screen never reaches it.
-
A first sales motion
Standing the function up before there is one. The territory, the profile worth chasing, the sequence, the first real conversations. I have been the first salesperson more than once.
-
Collateral reps use
The deck, the one-pager, the case study. Written so a buyer can forward it inside their own company without translating it first.
-
The path to a form
Ad to landing page to application, designed as one journey instead of three handoffs. Most of what you lose, you lose in the middle of it.
-
Content in house
Written and video, produced rather than commissioned. Days instead of weeks, and a shoot stops being a line item you have to justify.
-
Portraits at scale
Twelve hundred people in one organization, photographed for a directory and matched frame to frame. Nobody lost a day to it.
Get in touch
Tell me what the problem is. That beats a brief, and I'll tell you if I'm the right person for it. If somebody pointed you here, mention who.
