Corporate events
Your company gathered people. Somebody needs to show that it happened, on the careers page, in the newsletter, and in the deck that argues for doing it again next year.
01/14
Parties
Holiday parties, anniversaries, the night out after a good quarter. The band, the dance floor, and the group photos everybody actually wants.
Mixers and networking
People talking. The hardest thing to photograph well and the one a chamber or an association needs most, because it's the picture that says the room was worth being in.
Launches and team days
The product, the people who built it, the room it was announced in. Delivered so your comms lead has it the same night.
What you get
Highlights the next morning. The full set within the week, at full resolution, with a commercial license.
Questions I get
What counts as a corporate event?
A company gathered people and there was no program. Holiday parties, mixers, product launches, team days, networking evenings, a night at the rink. If a program runs it, it's a conference; if a cause runs it, it's a gala.
Do people mind a photographer at a party?
Not when it's done quietly. I work available light where I can and stay out of the room's way. People notice the pictures afterward, not the camera during.
Can we use the images for recruiting?
Yes, and that's usually why a company books this. A careers page with real people at a real party outperforms one with stock.
How fast?
Highlights the next morning. The full set within the week.
What does it cost?
By the hour on site, with a minimum. Tell me the date and the venue and I'll send the number.
