On a schedule
Members plan around a recurring portrait day, and new ones ask about it. I run these monthly at coworking spaces and businesses across Northern Virginia.
What people get
One retouched portrait each, delivered to them. The full set to you. Medium format, commercial usage license.
What it costs
It depends on how many people, how long I'm on site, and the edits required. I charge for time, not per person, so a full floor and a small team are priced the same way. Tell me what you're working with and I'll send the number.
Questions I get
Do we need a studio?
No. The studio comes to you. While I prefer more dynamic live backgrounds, a conference room, a corner of the floor or a coworking lounge all work.
How long does a portrait day take?
It depends on how many people and how long I am on site. I can usually get 30 people completed in an hour.
What does everyone actually get?
A retouched frame of their own, consistent with everyone else photographed that day.
What does it cost?
It scales with the number of people and the hours needed on site. I charge for time, not per person.
What should people wear?
Whatever they would wear to meet a client. What to wear for corporate portraits has the detail.
